A missing shingle or a hairline crack in your flashing doesn't need a full reroof — it needs a technician who can diagnose it correctly the first time and patch it to last.
General handymen patch what's visible and move on. Our Roof Repair technicians trace a leak back to its actual source — a cracked pipe boot, a lifted shingle tab, a nail pop — before any repair goes down.
A Roof Repair from Roof Repair Smedway isn't considered finished until the leak is actually gone, not just less visible.
State-licensed technicians carry current credentials on every Roof Repair call.
Local Newport dispatch means most repair calls get scheduled within 24 to 48 hours.
We'd rather lose a bid on an honest Roof Repair price than surprise you later.
Moisture meters and a full roof walk-through come standard on every repair call.
Not every leak needs the same fix. Here's what falls under our Roof Repair scope in Newport.
We match shingle color and profile as closely as possible so a Newport repair doesn't stand out.
We reseal and re-flash trouble spots that general contractors often overlook entirely.
We trace water intrusion back to its actual entry point, not just the ceiling stain below it.
Every pipe penetration and vent collar gets checked and resealed as part of a full repair visit.
Soft or spongy spots usually mean the decking underneath has started to rot and needs replacing, not just resealing.
We rebuild ridge lines to shed water properly instead of just resealing over a failing cap.
We keep the Roof Repair process short on purpose — most repair calls don't need a multi-visit ordeal to get resolved.
A Roof Repair technician arrives on-site, usually within 24 to 48 hours for standard calls.
You'll know the full Roof Repair cost before any tools come out.
We clean up the site and walk you through exactly what was fixed.
Found a leak two other companies missed. Turned out to be a cracked vent boot, fixed in one visit.
